Withdrawal, correction, and deletion of personal data

CONNEXT para cumplir con la legislación vigente tiene la obligación de dar respuesta en el menor tiempo posible a toda persona interesada a ejercer sus derechos de acceder, rectificar y cancelar el uso de sus datos, así como de oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos o revocar el consentimiento que haya proporcionado (Derechos ARCO), para ello es obligatorio presentar la solicitud correspondiente para este trámite, el cual se entregará a petición expresa, misma que debe contener la información y documentación siguiente:
•Name of the interested person and address or another means to communicate the response to their request;
•Valid documents proving their identity (ID, passport, or visain the particular case) or, if necessary, a power of attorney from the legal representative, duly signed, with the corresponding identifications.
•A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the exercise of any of the ARCO Rights is sought, and
•Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data of the data subject.
In the case of a request for rectification of personal data, the interested party must indicate the modifications to be made and, through an official document, substantiate the new information.
To comply with the obligation to access personal data, it will be done after accrediting the identity of the interested person or legal representative, making the information available accordingly.
CONNEXT will inform the interested party if the request is denied, stating the cause(s) in writing through the means specified in the request.

La Dirección de CONNEXT SOLUCIONES S.A.
